Accountability, Responsibilities and tasks Accountability Responsibilities Grievance handling, and discipline issues. Proactive approach in identification of any such issue with Employees (both Contract and on rolls) & proper communication as appropriate. Ensure that it is resolved at the level wherever possible, and timely escalated to the Department for Resolution and Reporting Time office and attendance Ensure correct and time Attendance processing for Halol employees. Resolve issues Manage / keeping Attendance Management system upto date. Recruitment & onboarding for Halol site Facilitate recruitment for blue collar at the site Generate relevant resumes using various resources such as Consultants, Internal referrals, Naukri etc., Coordinate interviews as per vacancies. Generation of offers & entries in the system & ensure adherence to induction timelines. Maintain effective response time for recruitment position Preparing correct MIS / Data base at plant level Induction & Onboarding of new joiners Ensure an engaged & motivating workplace Implementation of employee engagement initiatives. Coordinate for Engagement survey, implementation of action points Foster participation in various events and celebrations Ensure employee motivation Training & Developement Coordinating / Supporting the site training programs Documentation as per IATF/ ISO audit requirement Ensuring Effective Daily Management, HRMS, Attendance & Payroll process. Ensuring orientation of new employees, timely coverage of new employees in various welfare schemes. Accurate reporting of Employee data Comparison of draft Pay slips with the inputs provided. Timely compilation of monthly HR MIS Ensuring the timely Updating of monthly HR trackers Co-ordination with Corporate HR for common consolidation of trackers, review files Preparation of HR MIS for effective review and control. Monthly Invoicing / billing Co-ordination and support in Invoicing process Active participation in the plant improvement Activities To support HR Manager in preparing and reviewing Annual Plans, midyear/BLT reviews, budget etc Ensure smooth administrative service and support at Halol plant. Responsible for Housekeeping and maintaining good 5-S in the plant. Responsible for smooth and efficient travel, cab & hotel services. Responsible for proper printing, courier, telephone and communication services. Monitoring & reduction of OH through cost optimizations & automations. Job Specification MBA in HR / PGDM HR degree / MSW/ Any other Master's degree 1 to 3 years of experience in the HR & Administration department of a manufacturing company Requirements - Exposure in Manufacturing Organization preferred Basic Knowledge of HR Activities End to End life cycle HR MIS and record keeping ISO/ IATF Awareness will be an added advantage Competencies Analytical Skills/Thinking Job Knowledge Employee Relationship & Engagement plan Team Work Achievement Orientation / Drive For Result Grievence Handling Effective Communication skills Admin Management Conflict resolution
