Ensures implementation of marketing Strategies. Analyze market data Support in planning of Strategic Market Growth initiatives for specified domains. Ensuring consistent brand messaging, analysing consumer behaviour, and identifying market expansion opportunities Support in establishing and enhancing our brand presence Communicating the marketing plans effectively to internal and external stakeholders Driving the research of demands for products and services and evaluating the competitive landscape Measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by collecting and analysing data. Demonstrate improvement in overall sample hit rate (Development KPIs) Explore and develop New Markets & increase market share Identifying new applications and support timely commercialization in line with business goals. Monitor and develop new business opportunities, new products, and applications. Follow, internally and externally, the material approval process. Participate in Global Marketing initiatives and activities. Ensure timely responsiveness to customers needs Manage all the details of the development process and coordinate all the responses from internal departments to the customers. Cooperate with other functions and departments Enhance Customer Relationship Build and maintain a relationship with customers. Attendance at customer-oriented trade and conferences Ensuring required technical support to customers Provides trouble shooting to the customers for Injection moulding process/ Extrusion, raw material selection & different applications. Share inputs with R&D team/customer in critical trials. Cooperate technically with other department for customer complains management Accountable for Tech Support Will act as technical representative to the customer. Make technical presentations to customers. Update and track activities on the CRM system. Language known English (Proficient), Tamil (Proficient), Hindi (Basic) Technical Capability Experience in Engineering Plastics applications and Industrial markets. Injection Moulding/ Compounding/ Polymer Industry knowledge is a must. Excellent communication skills to interface with Internal and external stakeholders. Including English written and spoken is required for ordinary communication. Knowledge of Windows programs: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Travel Experience Role specific competencies Customer Focus and client relationship management. Achievement Orientation, Planning and Execution, Analytical approach Commercial knowledge.
