HR Admin Executive

The HR Admin Executive role based in Nagpur, Maharashtra requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles. As an HR Admin Executive, you will manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions to support internal teams and client-facing processes. Strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office tools, and excellent communication abilities are essential for this role. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with the technical team and clients to ensure smooth project progress, processing client requests, preparing quotations, registering purchase orders, and managing project deliverables. You will maintain internal trackers and tools such as Smartsheet, liaise with subcontractors and professional engineers as needed, provide real-time scheduling and calendar support, and prepare and maintain internal and external reports. To excel in this role, you should possess a technical university degree, intermediate proficiency in Excel and MS Office, strong written and verbal communication skills in English, a proactive mindset with problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
