Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide administrative support to the HR Manager in maintaining employee records, databases, and documentation

- Coordinate and manage logistical arrangements for company events, meetings, and function

- Handle office administration tasks, including vendor coordination, stationery, travel, and facility management

- Ensure smooth execution of employee engagement activities and internal programs

- Maintain accurate records of employee data, attendance, and other HR-related information

- Travel occasionally for event arrangements, vendor follow-ups, or official documentation need

Preferred Candidate

PRE-REQUISITES

- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

- 1.5–2 years of experience in HR and Administrative roles

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Willingness to travel when required
