Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Human Resources: Assist in the recruitment process (job posting, screening, coordinating interviews). Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, personal files, etc.). Handle onboarding and exit formalities. Monitor and manage payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, leaves, etc.). Coordinate training and employee development programs. Support performance appraisal process. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws. Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits. Administration: Oversee general office administration (stationery, housekeeping, vendor coordination). Maintain company documents and records. Coordinate travel and accommodation for employees. Ensure timely renewals of licenses, insurance, and service agreements. Manage office maintenance and security protocols. Maintain inventory records and handle procurement needs.
