1) To do preventive maintenance of Plant equipment’s/ Utilities/ MHE (Material Handling Equipment’s) as per PM schedule along with PM checklist filling within defined time. 2) To attend Breakdown on priority and focus on reducing downtime. 3) To ensure timely completion of daily notifications by Production team. 4) To attend the leakages wherever observed which includes pipelines, Valves, Thermopac’s, Boiler, Air Compressor, Fire hydrant pumps, cooling tower, STP and ETP etc. 5) To provide timely information to superiors on consumption of the spares. 6) To maintain schedule of change of filter bags/ cartridges. 7) To do Kaizen in Maintenance Department for improvement in Process/ Quality/ Safety. 8) To do 5S activity on daily basis inside the Plant including workshop area. 9) To conduct Autonomous Maintenance through CLIT (Cleaning, Lubrication, Inspection and Tightening) of critical equipment’s in coordination with Production team. 10) Follow all safety guidelines during every work and ensure HSE through Behaviour Base Safety (BBS) and following WPS (Work Permit system). 11) Ensure good teamwork within as well as cross functional departments. 12) Should be prompt on timelines and ready to work in shifts. 13) Should have relevant experience of handling and repairing of -Pumps, Valves, Filling lines, Utilities etc. 14) Experience requirement: Around 3-5 years of experience.

 Lube products testing(inprocess/fg) along with final batch release.  Lube blend validation w.r.t guideline given.  Testing Base oils, Raw Material, Packaging Material, Inspection of Empty Drums.  Testing LLP and Transformer Oil Tank samples. All Tests related to in process samples.  Sampling and Testing of finished goods from Flexi, Tankers and Drums  Preparing COA for dispatch of finished Product.  Knowledge of SAP entry of finished goods at the time of dispatch.  Ensuring 5 S activities, and good Housekeeping in the Department  Instrument handled UV/HPLC/JC/Automatic Viscometre Dispatch Officer - Loading of Trucks and Container. Preparation of GRN for incoming material. Preparation of delivery note for outgoing Vehicles. To check weight of Product ( Batch wise) filled in a day on a daily basis. To update status of outgoing finished product on board on daily basis. To check finished Product stock on daily basis. Ready to work in shift Knowledge of SAP
