Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Admin & Account Executive who can efficiently manage day-to-day administrative tasks, handle basic accounting functions, and support HR processes. This is a hybrid role for someone who enjoys versatility and can multitask across functions with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts & Finance

  • Handle day-to-day accounting entries (Tally/ERP software)
  • Manage invoices, billing, and petty cash records
  • Prepare and maintain expense reports, bank reconciliations
  • Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory filings
  • Coordinate with external CA and vendors for financial compliance

Administration

  • Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and maintenance
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital & physical)
  • Ensure smooth daily operations of the office
  • Coordinate travel bookings, meetings, and event logistics
  • Maintain confidentiality and proper documentation of internal processes

HR & Coordination

  • Assist in onboarding & documentation of new employees
  • Maintain employee attendance, leaves & basic HR records
  • Support recruitment by coordinating interviews & job postings
  • Help organize team events, training sessions, and internal communication
  • Maintain staff compliance with internal policies and procedures

Key Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with basic HR procedures is a plus
  • Highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior experience in an Accounts/Admin/HR support role preferred
  • Working knowledge of compliance & financial documentation
