Job Description

As an HR & Admin Assistant, your role will involve a variety of responsibilities to support the smooth functioning of the human resources and administrative functions of the company. You will be expected to: - Be the primary point of contact for all HR & Admin-related inquiries. - Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews. - Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. - Handle various HR-related documentation such as contracts of employment, offer letters, and experience letters. - Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees. - Manage attendance records and track leave. - Contribute to employee engagement activities and internal communications. - Collaborate with external parties like colleges, universities, and placement coordinators for placement drives. - Establish and maintain an efficient documentation and filing system for records. - Oversee administration activities such as housekeeping, office maintenance, and security. - Procure office supplies, obtain quotes, and manage vendor relationships. - Ensure meeting rooms, reception areas, and pantry are well-prepared. - Monitor office inventory and assist in budget preparation. - Coordinate travel arrangements for directors and team members. Qualifications required for this role include: - Degree in Human Resources or a related field. - 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in HR or administration. - Proficiency in MS Office applications. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication skills in English. - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Please note that this is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The work location is in person.
