Job Description

As an HR Admin at our real estate company in Kharar, Punjab, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of HR operations. With a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR administration, your expertise will help in managing various HR functions effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Recruitment and Staffing:** - Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for new hires. - Maintain a database of potential candidates for different positions. - **Employee Onboarding:** - Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires to ensure seamless integration. - Manage employee documentation and ensure compliance with company policies. - **Employee Relations:** - Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures. - Handle employee grievances and escalate issues when necessary. - **Training and Development:** - Identify training needs and support organizational learning initiatives. - Coordinate both internal and external training programs. - **Compliance and Documentation:** - Maintain accurate HR records including personnel files and compliance documentation. - Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations. - **Office Administration:** - Oversee day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support. - Assist in managing office supplies, facilities, and team events. **Skills & Qualifications:** - Minimum 3 years of experience in HR administration, preferably in real estate. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Familiarity with HR software, labor laws, and best practices. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. **Additional Requirements:** - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Experience in real estate or construction industry HR is a plus.
