About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven SEO Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing SEO strategies for multiple clients across various industries. You will work closely with content, design, and marketing teams to enhance organic visibility, drive traffic, and achieve measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities On-Page SEO

• Perform keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, URLs, and images.
• Conduct on-page audits and implement actionable changes.
• Improve site structure, internal linking, and overall crawlability.

Off-Page SEO

• Develop and implement link-building strategies.
• Manage outreach campaigns for high-quality backlinks.
• Conduct competitor backlink analysis.

Technical SEO

• Perform website audits for speed, mobile-friendliness, indexing issues, and schema markup.
• Coordinate with developers to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor Google Search Console & Analytics for performance insights.

Content Optimization

• Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content.
• Optimize blogs, landing pages, and website copy for target keywords.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversions.
• Prepare monthly SEO performance reports.
• Recommend strategies for continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in SEO within a digital marketing agency (preferred).
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4).
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and WordPress (plus point).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).
• SEO certification(s) from Google, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc., is a plus.
