HR & Admin Assistant

As a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing all human resources practices and processes within our fast-paced garment manufacturing environment. Your contributions will be key to driving business growth and enhancing employee satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include managing the recruitment process from identifying needs to interviewing and hiring staff. You will serve as a point of contact for employee queries, manage grievances, and cultivate a positive working environment through effective employee relations. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing performance review procedures, organizing training sessions to enhance employee skills, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. In terms of HR administration, you will be expected to maintain employee records and documentation in accordance with legal requirements. This is a full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule and the opportunity for a performance bonus. Applicants must be willing to work in a startup organization and possess a Bachelor's degree. A minimum of 3 years of experience in textiles is required, along with proficiency in English.
