Job Description

As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing day-to-day administrative activities to ensure the smooth operations of the office while providing effective support to employees and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Manage office facilities, equipment, and supplies to maintain a conducive work environment. - Ensure the maintenance of office premises, housekeeping, and security standards. - Oversee travel, transport, and accommodation arrangements for staff to facilitate their mobility. - Maintain attendance, leave records, and general employee documentation accurately. - Support HR in onboarding and offboarding activities for seamless employee transitions. - Address employee queries related to admin facilities promptly and effectively. - Organize meetings, workshops, and company events to facilitate collaboration and engagement. - Foster communication between different departments to ensure a smooth workflow. - Assist management in meeting administrative requirements and preparing reports efficiently. Qualifications & Experience: - A degree in any related field is preferred. - A minimum of 2 years of work experience in administration or office management (Freshers are also considered). Key Skills & Competencies: - Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for smooth interaction within the office. - Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to carry out tasks efficiently. - Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges proactively. - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure to meet deadlines. *Note: Preferred Male and Female Candidates for the role* In addition to the competitive salary, the benefits include: - Food provided - Health insurance coverage - Leave encashment - Provident Fund contribution If you are a motivated individual with a passion for office administration and a commitment to supporting a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply for this full-time, permanent position.
