Detailed description:

HR support for client group Leaders, Managers, and Employees, including coaching, HR process expertise, and other general HR operations.

Individuals in this category serve as the client group's HR Manager of Record. Developing professional discipline conceptual understanding. Support positions with specialised skill or technical knowledge in a broad field may be included.

Responsibilities and Roles

  • Individuals in charge of both Business Partnership and Employee Resource Management, as well as providing full HR support from organisational to individual and administrative levels.
  • In charge of the employee life cycle, training and development, performance management, employee engagement, R&R, and other projects.
  • Employs general business knowledge gained through school or prior experience. Understands how the work of one's own team contributes to the overall success of the company.
  • Uses established techniques to solve problems. For issues outside of set parameters, consults the People Leader or more senior team members.
  • Works with others to solve problems. Develops strong customer relationships and acts as a liaison between the customer and GE in customer-facing roles. Exchanges technical information, asks questions, and ensures that everyone is on the same page.
  • Performs simple data entry tasks that need face value verification and correction.
  • Responsibilities of the HRBP:
  • Responsible for the deployment and execution of HR processes in the related BU.
  • Representing the HR function in the particular business unit
  • Employee issues and grievances are handled by a single point of contact (SPOC).
  • Day-to-day issue solving as a CFT member.
  • Complete inventory control

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
