HR Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Accounts Executive to manage both human resources and accounting functions within the organization. The role involves handling recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, and maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:Human Resources:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Administer payroll, attendance, and leave management systems.
• Support employee engagement, performance management, and grievance handling.
• Coordinate training and development programs.
• Draft HR policies, letters, and documentation as required.

Accounts & Finance:

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and vendor payments.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and maintain general ledgers.
• Assist in payroll processing and related statutory compliances (PF, ESI, TDS, GST).
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and assist during audits.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and support financial planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, HR, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience (2–5 years) in HR and Accounts roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, HR practices, and statutory compliances.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Tally/ERP, and HRMS software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
