Housekeeping Team Leader

We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Lead to oversee all cleanliness and hygiene standards within the INOX cinema premises. This role ensures a superior guest experience through immaculate upkeep of auditoriums, lobbies, restrooms, food counters, and common areas.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide the housekeeping staff across all shifts.
• Ensure auditoriums, seating areas, projection rooms, restrooms, and public areas are cleaned as per INOX standards.
• Monitor cleaning schedules before shows, between intervals, and after closing.
• Ensure quick turnaround cleaning between movie shows.
• Maintain high hygiene standards at food counters, concession areas, and ticketing zones.
• Allocate daily tasks and supervise execution.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure discipline, grooming, and punctuality.
• Respond promptly to housekeeping-related guest concerns or complaints.
• Coordinate with the Operations Manager for special cleaning requirements during events or VIP screenings.
• Ensure compliance with INOX cleanliness standards, hygiene protocols, and safety guidelines.
• Oversee waste management and recycling processes.
• Maintain housekeeping audit checklists and inspection reports.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
