Job Responsibilities: Supervise and guide the housekeeping staff across all shifts. Ensure auditoriums, seating areas, projection rooms, restrooms, and public areas are cleaned as per INOX standards. Monitor cleaning schedules before shows, between intervals, and after closing. Ensure quick turnaround cleaning between movie shows. Maintain high hygiene standards at food counters, concession areas, and ticketing zones. Allocate daily tasks and supervise execution. Monitor staff performance and ensure discipline, grooming, and punctuality. Respond promptly to housekeeping-related guest concerns or complaints.
