We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Associate. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a delightful movie-going experience for every customer. You will play a key role in assisting guests with ticketing, food & beverage counters, and auditorium management. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist guests courteously at entry points, box office, and concession counters. Handle ticket sales, reservations, and assist with online booking queries. Manage food & beverage sales, ensure accuracy in billing, and maintain hygiene standards. Guide customers to their seats and ensure auditoriums are clean and well-prepared before every show. Address guest queries and concerns promptly, escalating to the duty officer/manager when necessary. Maintain company standards of safety, cleanliness, and customer service. Support daily operations to deliver a smooth cinema experience. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent. Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred but not mandatory. Good communication and interpersonal skills.. Pleasant personality, enthusiastic, and service-oriented. Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
