Security Manager

We are looking for a Security Manager to oversee and manage the complete security operations across our properties/facilities. The role involves strong expertise in security management, fire safety protocols, emergency preparedness, and team leadership. This role requires strategic planning, operational excellence, and the ability to respond effectively to security and safety incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and train the security team across all sites.
• Develop, implement, and update security policies, SOPs, and emergency procedures.
• Monitor CCTV, access control systems, alarm systems, and ensure all equipment is functional.
• Conduct regular security audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with external security agencies, law enforcement, and emergency response teams.
• Ensure full compliance with fire safety regulations, fire drills, and emergency evacuation protocols.
• Oversee maintenance of fire safety equipment (fire alarms, hydrants, extinguishers, sprinklers, etc.).
• Lead crisis response during medical emergencies, fire outbreaks, or security threats.
• Implement preventive measures and corrective actions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
