Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Title :Supervisor cum Facility Support Executive Location: Ozone Manay Tech Park, Bangalore (Client Location: Workie – Managed Office Spaces) Employment Type: Full-Time Reporting To: Facility / Site Manager Job Purpose The Supervisor cum Facility Support Executive is responsible for day-to-day monitoring of facility operations at the Workie office. The role focuses on utility observation, HVAC operations, routine inspections, and coordination with service teams to ensure uninterrupted, safe, and compliant facility functioning. Key Responsibilities Facility Operations & Monitoring Observe and record daily readings of electricity, water, DG, and other utility meters. Switch ON/OFF air-conditioning systems as per defined schedules and occupancy. Monitor AC performance and report abnormalities such as temperature imbalance, noise, or breakdowns. Ensure lighting, power points, and essential services are functioning properly. Inspection & Compliance Conduct daily inspections of office areas, common spaces, washrooms, and service areas. Identify and report safety hazards, damages, or operational issues. Ensure adherence to facility SOPs and basic safety guidelines. Maintain daily inspection and logbook records. Supervisory & Coordination Duties Supervise housekeeping and other support staff deployed at site. Ensure cleaning and maintenance activities are carried out as per checklist. Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and building management for repairs and services. Escalate issues to the Facility Manager with proper documentation. Administrative & Reporting Maintain meter logs, inspection checklists, and handover registers. Support audits or client inspections by providing records and on-site assistance. Communicate daily status updates to the Facility / Site Manager. Skills & Competencies Basic understanding of electrical, HVAC, and facility operations Ability to read and maintain utility meters and logbooks Strong observation and reporting skills Basic supervisory and coordination abilities Reliable, disciplined, and safety-conscious approach Qualifications & minimum Experience1 years of experience in facility operations, building management, or site supervision Prior experience in IT parks, coworking spaces, or commercial offices preferred Working Conditions Shift-based role as per site requirement Physically capable of conducting routine inspections and rounds
