Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping & Cleanliness Supervisor to oversee and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene at Crimson Schools Hyderabad. The role involves supervising housekeeping teams, monitoring daily operations, maintaining compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, and driving continuous improvement in soft services delivery. Candidates with experience in hospitality, professional housekeeping, or facility management companies specializing in soft services are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate housekeeping operations across the school campus.
  • Oversee daily cleaning schedules, checklists, and deep cleaning activities.
  • Train, guide, and monitor housekeeping staff, ensuring adherence to quality and safety protocols.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of classrooms, restrooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces.
  • Coordinate with school administration to plan resources and maintain adequate cleaning supplies and consumables.
  • Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for sanitation, waste management, and hygiene practices.
  • Address escalated complaints or issues, implementing corrective actions quickly.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including the use of PPE, chemical handling, and equipment maintenance.
  • Prepare reports on cleanliness standards, staff performance, and action plans for improvements.
  • Liaise with facility management vendors and service partners for specialized cleaning and soft services when required.

Candidate Profile

Education:

  • Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management, Facility Management, or related fields preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in housekeeping supervision, soft services, or facility management in schools, hospitals, hotels, or large campuses.

Key Skills:

  • Thorough knowledge of housekeeping operations and standards.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Familiarity with safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
  • Proficiency in using checklists, audit tools, and reporting formats.
  • Ability to manage daily operations effectively on campus.

Preferred Background:

  • Experience in facility management companies specializing in soft services or in hospitality/housekeeping operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
