Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Manager located in Orchha. The Housekeeping Manager will oversee daily housekeeping operations, manage the laundry services, ensure guest rooms are maintained to the highest standards, and handle inventory management. The role includes recruiting, hiring, and training housekeeping staff, as well as liaising with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

• Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to manage a team effectively
• Experience with Laundry operations and maintaining cleanliness standards
• Excellent Customer Service skills to ensure guest satisfaction
• Effective Communication skills for coordinating with staff and other departments
• Experience in hiring, training, and developing housekeeping staff
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
