Job Description

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Manager located in India. The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas, managing housekeeping staff, and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies. The role involves scheduling staff, conducting inspections, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and coordinating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in housekeeping management roles Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality Ability to train and mentor housekeeping staff Proficiency in using housekeeping management software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Knowledge of health and safety regulations Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field Show more Show less
