Job Description

  • Manage all functions related to the cleanliness of the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house non-kitchen areas.
  • Oversee laundry and dry-cleaning operations, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and guest experience.
  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve issues promptly.
  • Analyze and report on housekeeping performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Job Requirements
  • A university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Assistant Housekeeping Manager in larger operations.
  • Possess good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and manage a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards is an added advantage.
