Job Description

Manage all functions related to the cleanliness of the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house non-kitchen areas.
Oversee laundry and dry-cleaning operations, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and guest experience.
Supervise and train housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve issues promptly.
Analyze and report on housekeeping performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

A university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is preferred.
Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Assistant Housekeeping Manager in larger operations.
Possess good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and manage a team.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards is an added advantage.
