Housekeeping Manager

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, your role involves overseeing the work of housekeeping staff, assigning tasks, scheduling shifts, and ensuring a smooth workflow. You will enforce and maintain high standards of cleanliness in all areas, including guest rooms, public areas, and residents" rooms. Your responsibility will also include training and mentoring housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service. Additionally, you will be required to maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and order replacements as needed.
