Housekeeping Manager

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, your role involves overseeing the work of housekeeping staff to maintain high cleaning standards and ensure guest/residents satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supervision and Management: - Oversee the work of housekeeping staff, assign tasks, schedule shifts, and ensure proper workflow. - Cleaning Standards: - Enforce and maintain high standards of cleanliness in all areas, including guest rooms, public areas, and residents rooms. - Staff Training: - Train and mentor housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service. - Inventory Management: - Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and order replacements as needed. - Guest and Residents Satisfaction: - Address guest/residents requests and complaints, ensuring a positive guest experience. - Compliance: - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies. - Performance Evaluation: - Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback and coaching. - Coordination: - Coordinate with other departments, such as maintenance, administration, and front desk, to ensure smooth operations. - Communication: - Communicate effectively with staff, guests, and management.
