Job Title: Housekeeping Manager Experience: 8+ Years Location: Hyderabad (On-Site) Languages Required: English, Hindi, Telugu Industry Preference: Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, and Amusement Industry Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to lead and oversee the cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards at Experium . The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience in the hospitality, travel & tourism, or amusement industry and a strong background in managing housekeeping teams, ensuring top-notch guest experiences. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the entire housekeeping operations to maintain high cleanliness standards . Manage, train, and supervise the housekeeping staff , ensuring efficiency and productivity. Implement cleaning schedules, SOPs, and hygiene protocols . Conduct regular inspections of guest areas, rooms, and common spaces to maintain quality. Coordinate with maintenance and other departments for seamless operations. Ensure proper inventory management of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities . Address guest feedback and complaints related to housekeeping promptly. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations . Organize deep cleaning schedules and special cleaning projects. Maintain laundry and linen management , ensuring high standards. Requirements: 8+ years of experience in housekeeping management in the hospitality, tourism, or amusement industry . On-site role Must oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations. Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and manage large teams . Attention to detail with a strong focus on cleanliness and hygiene. Experience in handling housekeeping budgets, inventory, and cost control . Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle guest requests efficiently . Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety guidelines .
