Job Title: HR Executive Experience: 3 to 6 Years Location: Hyderabad (On-Site) Languages Required: English, Hindi, Telugu Industry Preference: Hospitality, Amusement Parks, Eco-Tourism, Retail Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive to support our HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll processing, and compliance . The ideal candidate should have 3-6 years of experience in human resources, with expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and HR operations . Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new employees. HR Operations Maintain employee records, process payroll inputs, and handle HR documentation. Employee Engagement Plan and execute engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture. Compliance & Policies Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and regulatory compliance. Performance Management Support appraisal cycles, feedback sessions, and training initiatives. Grievance Handling Address employee concerns and work towards conflict resolution. HR Reporting & MIS Maintain HR reports, attendance records, and workforce analytics. Requirements: MBA/PGDM in HR or a relevant qualification . 3-6 years of experience in HR operations and talent management. Knowledge of HR software, payroll processing, and labor laws . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment . On-Site Role Must be available for HR coordination and employee engagement activities.
