Job Description

Looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an HK - GSA in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests.
  • Coordinate with other departments to maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest experience and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are clean and well-maintained.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
