Job Description

We are looking for highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Associates to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping and hospitality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues professionally.
Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, inventories, and staff performance.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in housekeeping or hospitality, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software applications.
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or culinary arts preferred.
