Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Associate to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in housekeeping, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues professionally.
Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, inventories, and staff performance.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in housekeeping within the hospitality industry, with at least 3 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, protocols, and safety procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Ability to lift heavy cleaning equipment and supplies, and stand for long periods.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an asset.
