Housekeeping - Associate

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guests' requests and resolving issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Identify and report maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
• Strong physical stamina, including the ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and move quickly between rooms.
• Familiarity with cleaning protocols and procedures, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• Basic knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, concierge, and bell captain duties.
