Job Title: House Butler Job Summary: A House Butler is responsible for managing and coordinating daily household operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the home and providing high-standard personal assistance to the family. The Butler maintains household schedules, supervises support staff, oversees guest hospitality, and ensures that the residence is organized, clean, and efficiently run at all times. Key Responsibilities: Household Management Manage day-to-day household activities and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization. Supervise and coordinate with house staff, including cooks, maids, drivers, gardeners, etc. Oversee household inventory, groceries, and supplies. Ensure upkeep of the property, furnishings, appliances, and coordinate repairs or maintenance as needed. Family Assistance Assist family members with daily routines, planning, and schedules. Manage travel arrangements, packing, and logistics when required. Handle personal errands such as shopping, bookings, appointments, etc. Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and trust. Guest Hospitality Welcome and attend to guests in a courteous and professional manner. Help plan and organize social gatherings, dinners, and special events. Coordinate with kitchen staff for meal service arrangements. Administration & Coordination Maintain household budgets, expenses, and petty cash records. Handle vendor coordination, service contracts, and bill payments. Maintain a household calendar for family events, guests, and staff scheduling. Skills & Requirements: Proven experience as a Butler or Household Manager in a high-profile family or luxury hospitality sector. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance, polite demeanor, and service-oriented approach. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with integrity. Basic knowledge of housekeeping, cooking coordination, and home maintenance. Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends when needed. Qualification: Minimum 12th pass; hotel management or hospitality certification preferred. Prior experience in luxury households or 4/5-star hotels is an added advantage.
