We’re Hiring: Hotel Sales & Marketing Manager – USA Hotels/Hospitality/Motels

Location:

USA hotels, motels, or extended-stay properties

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute

  sales strategies

  for USA-based hotels, motels, and extended-stay properties.
• Target and manage accounts for

  budget hotel brands

  like Super 8 Wyndham, Motel 6, Studio 6, and similar.
• Analyze

  market trends

  , identify new opportunities, and set ambitious sales goals.
• Design and implement

  marketing campaigns

  aligned with brand standards.
• Build strong

  client partnerships

  to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in India to drive

  lead generation and conversions

  for USA properties.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in

  hotel sales & marketing

  , preferably with exposure to the USA hospitality market.
• Experience with

  budget/extended-stay hotel brands

  is a strong advantage.
• Excellent

  relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills

  .
• Familiarity with

  digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics

  .
• Bachelor’s degree in

  Business, Marketing, or a related field

  .
• Track record of consistently achieving

  sales targets

  .
• Understanding of

  USA market dynamics, rate positioning, and customer preferences
