Support the sales team in promoting hotel rooms, banquets, and event spaces.
Handle client queries, provide hotel information, and coordinate site visits.
Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities.
Learn to prepare basic proposals and assist in sales reporting.
Work closely with senior team members to understand hotel sales operations.
