Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guests have a positive experience.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and room assignments.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions at the reception desk.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean and well-maintained.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Hotel Receptionist or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
