Purchase Manager- Hotel

Key Responsibilities

Plan, source, and procure grocery, perishables, non-perishables, and general hotel merchandise.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors/distributors for quality products at the best price.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and credit terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels across all hotel departments.
Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely GRN (Goods Received Note) entries.
Analyze demand forecasts and sales trends to prevent stock-outs or excess inventory.
Conduct regular vendor audits, monitor performance, and resolve supply chain issues.
Work closely with finance and operations teams to ensure smooth procurement and payment cycles.

Candidate Requirements

Experience:
8 to 20 years of hotel purchase experience (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of FMCG, perishables, and hotel procurement processes.
Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
Strong analytical and inventory management capabilities.
