Job Description

About the Role

Oversee daily hotel operations including Front Office, Rooms, F&B, and Maintenance.
Drive occupancy and revenue through effective online and offline sales channels (OTAs, corporate tie-ups, walk-ins).
Train and manage staff across departments to maintain service quality and efficiency.
Handle guest relations, escalations, and ensure consistent brand experience and satisfaction scores.
Oversee budgeting, P&L, cost control, and vendor management.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, licensing norms, and safety regulations.
Collaborate closely with ownership and management for strategic planning, reporting, and performance reviews.

Candidate Profile

Graduate or Postgraduate from IHM or reputed hospitality institute.
10-15 years of end-to-end hotel operations and sales experience in a 3-star or above property.
Proven exposure to rooms division, OTA pricing, B2B/B2C sales, and F&B operations.
Tech-savvy, familiar with PMS, POS, and Channel Manager tools.
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Mumbai-based candidates preferred; relocation possible for immediate joiners.
Not Looking For
Administrative-only or facility management profiles.
Candidates without hands-on property operations experience.
Frequent job changers or non-leadership profiles.
