Hotel Night Auditor

• Operate multi-line phone systems, ensuring professional phone etiquette at all times.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to guests.
• Assist in maintaining the security of the hotel premises during night hours.
• Set up food and beverage items for guests to experience complimentary breakfast in the mornings.
