Job Summary:

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead membership sales for our organization. The role involves identifying potential clients, pitching membership benefits, closing sales, and nurturing long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and a strong ability to deliver revenue growth through membership acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target prospective clients for membership sales through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and demos to highlight membership benefits.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly membership sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members to ensure renewals and referrals.
  • Develop customized sales strategies for different client segments.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client feedback in CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to run campaigns and events for lead generation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and client needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferably in membership, subscription, hospitality, gyms, clubs, or recruitment services).
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and position memberships as valuable solutions.
  • Target-driven with a record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Comfortable with field sales, telecalling, and networking.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,803.95 - ₹25,000.00 per month
