Amber Palace Hotels – Hiring General Manager

Amber Palace, the leading chain of Indian restaurants in China, is now expanding its legacy by launching its first Business Hotel in Gurgaon, India (opening soon!). We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to lead this landmark project.

Position: Hotel General Manager

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end hotel operations including rooms, restaurant, café, and banquet facilities.
• Drive operational excellence and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team across all functions.
• Ensure financial performance through cost control, revenue management, and efficiency.
• Maintain strong guest and partner relationships with a focus on hospitality and service quality.

Requirements

• Graduate in Hotel Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a management role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong expertise in handling full hotel operations.
• Young, dynamic, and result-oriented individual with excellent leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Prior experience in reputed Delhi NCR hotels will be an added advantage.
