Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Hotel Booking & Sourcing Executive to manage hotel procurement and booking for our corporate clients. The ideal candidate should have experience, particularly in hotel sourcing, negotiation, and making reservations, with strong skills in using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and various online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source hotels and accommodation options based on client requirements and budgets.
• Negotiate rates and terms with hotels and vendors to ensure competitive pricing.
• Make and manage hotel bookings for corporate travelers.
• Communicate with clients primarily via Microsoft Outlook (email).
• Use Excel for basic data entry, reporting, and tracking bookings.
• Research locations using online maps, travel platforms, and booking websites.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
• Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and special requests from clients.

Key Requirements:

• Prior experience particularly in hotel sourcing, negotiation, or travel coordination (preferred).
• Proficiency in
