We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to manage our hot production operations. Role Summary: The Hot Production Executive will be responsible for managing the high-temperature process line, including rotary kilns, coolers, dryers, and calcination systems. This is a senior-level role requiring technical expertise, leadership, and a commitment to compliance and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise operations of rotary kilns, coolers, dryers, furnaces , and calcination systems . Monitor key parameters such as temperature, airflow, fuel efficiency , and process stability. Coordinate with maintenance teams for predictive and preventive maintenance . Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards. Manage production teams and ensure effective shift handovers and process continuity. Drive process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, cost control, and product quality. Maintain accurate operational records and support internal and external audits . Required Skills & Experience: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, or Production Engineering. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in hot processing (kiln/calcination preferred). Strong knowledge of refractory management , thermal process control , and fuel optimization . Familiarity with PLC/SCADA systems . Solid understanding of safety protocols , audit processes, and compliance documentation. Proven leadership in managing teams and improving production performance. Location: Rio Clays Pvt. Ltd.
