Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Hostess to join our team at SHRI SAI HOSPITALITY. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including handling customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring a warm welcome to guests and providing personalized attention.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
Basic knowledge of hotel management principles and practices is preferred.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
