Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Hospitality Manager. The Hospitality Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage food and beverage services, and maintain the quality of all hospitality services. Responsibilities include training staff, communicating effectively with guests and team members, and developing strategies to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Proven experience in Food & Beverage management and Hospitality
Ability to train and develop staff effectively
Strong organizational and leadership abilities
Proficiency in handling guest queries and complaints
Previous experience in a management role within the hospitality industry is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field
