The Equity Pathway Follows 4 Steps
- 3–4 discussion rounds to understand your capability in hospital operations.
- 1-month NDA cohort, where you handle 2–3 hospital tasks with our team to prove depth and execution.
- Cofounder/Leadership Agreement, where ownership band is finalised.
- Equity is formally allotted after funding & Pvt. Ltd. registration, with a 5-year vesting period.

Hospital Operations Expert
who can take ownership of hospital transformation projects end-to-end.Your primary responsibility will be to
drive measurable improvement
in:
- Patient flow
- Billing & insurance processes
- Operational efficiency
- Compliance & NABH pathways
- Revenue assurance & leakage control
- Departmental productivity
- Cost optimisation & utilisation
- Staff performance & accountability systems

leadership role with high autonomy.
Key Responsibilities
- Hospital Operations Audit & Diagnosis
- Conduct full OPD/IPD workflow mapping
- Identify operational delays, revenue leakages, and compliance gaps
- Audit billing, TPA/insurance processes, discharge cycle, occupancy & utilisation
- Create baseline assessments for 50–100 bedded hospitals
- Revenue & Process Optimisation
- Build strategies to achieve 20% revenue growth in 6 months
- Standardise care pathways, unit economics, department KPIs
- Improve discharge TAT, reduce internal leakages, optimise manpower allocation
- Implement billing compliance, insurance SOPs & faster claims cycle
- NABH & Quality Transformation
- Drive pre-NABH readiness, documentation, policies, and process alignment
- Build quality indicators & patient safety systems
- Train staff on compliance and operational excellence
- Execution Ownership
- Work with doctors, nursing, admin, billing, TPA teams
- Set weekly measurable tasks and track implementation
- Coordinate with sales, data, and central NPPD teams
- Ensure outcomes are documented and measurable
- Reporting & Leadership
- Present hospital results to founders and stakeholders
- Build scalable frameworks for multiple hospitals
- Help build future operations team for NPPD Care
Who Should Apply
- 5+ years experience in hospital operations/quality/administration
- Experience in 50–100 bedded hospitals is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of billing, IPD flow, OPD management, TPA, insurance
- Hands-on operator, not just strategist
- Comfortable travelling to hospitals when needed
- Wants to grow into leadership with equity & long-term ownership
