manages the full nursing recruitment lifecycle,

• Sourcing:

  Utilize various channels like job boards, professional networks, social media, and career fairs to find qualified nurses.

• Screening:

  Review resumes, applications, and conduct initial phone screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.

• Interviewing:

  Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates and hiring managers to evaluate qualifications.

• Candidate Management:

  Manage the entire candidate experience from initial contact to offer extension and onboarding, maintaining records in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with nursing managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective strategies.

• Compliance & Verification:

  Conduct thorough background and reference checks, verifying licenses and credentials.

• Offer & Onboarding:

  Negotiate employment contracts and salaries, extend offers, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.

• Strategy & Branding:

  Support the development of recruitment strategies, promote employer branding, and build relationships with nursing schools.
