Job Description

Oversee daily operations of the hospital, including medical services, HR, finance, IT, housekeeping, and patient services. Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and standards (e.g., NABH, JCI, local health regulations). Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to improve patient care and operational efficiency. Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure financial sustainability. Collaborate with department heads and medical staff to improve quality of care and resolve issues. Monitor hospital performance through KPIs and generate regular reports for senior leadership. Lead hospital accreditations and quality improvement programs. Drive strategic planning initiatives including infrastructure development, service expansion, and technology upgrades. Handle patient grievances and ensure excellent patient experience. Oversee hiring, training, and performance management of administrative staff. Build relationships with vendors, insurance companies, regulatory bodies, and the community.
