Job Description

Prepare, collect, and label biological or chemical samples. Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests according to protocols. Record, analyze, and interpret data accurately. Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment. Ensure proper storage and disposal of samples and hazardous materials. Follow safety and quality assurance procedures (GLP, ISO, NABL standards, etc.). Maintain detailed laboratory records, logs, and reports. Assist senior staff or researchers in experiments or diagnostic work. Monitor inventory and order lab supplies as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory. Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Diploma / B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or related field. Experience: 1–3 years (entry-level roles may accept fresh graduates). Technical Skills: Knowledge of laboratory techniques and instruments. Experience in sample preparation and data analysis. Familiarity with MS Office and lab software (e.g., LIMS). Soft Skills: Attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and teamwork. Time management and problem-solving abilities.
