Lab Technician

· Responsible for the day to day activities.

· Responsible for supervising the receipt of samples by the department staff.

· Responsible for performing the routine procedures and perform special tests of the department.

· Responsible for the maintenance of stock in the department and raise an intent to stores as and when required.

· Responsible for equipment maintenance in the department.

· Responsible for the typing of reports and correct dispatch of reports.

· Responsible for maintaining statistics of data collected during hospital surveillance.

· Responsible for keeping the record of outsourced tests & their status.

· Responsible for conducting disinfectant Quality checks, surveillance of dialysis water, water analysis and critical areas.

· Responsible for training the junior staff in various procedures of the department

· May need to stay for extended period as per requirement by management.

· Require implementing any process at Lab Department suggested by management.

· Required to authorized outsourced investigation sent from our lab and based on same batch no, predict further requirement of infrastructure.

· Ensure safely standard are being followed at lab.

· Responsible for report generation & study on daily basis.

· Responsible for authorization of outsourced investigation and analysis.

· Any other work assigned by the management / HOD from time to time on daily basis.

Responsible for overall lookout of Laboratory Dept.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
