· Responsible for smooth functioning of purchase department in routine.
· Maintenance of quotations, contract, documents & correspondence of purchase department.
· Receipt of consolidated requirements from stores & conversion of PR to PO in ERP.
· Conducting negotiations with vendors & assisting Manager in finalization of procurement.
· Assisting Manager- Purchase in finalization of annual rate, contracts, AMC’S.
· Document flow in clearance site & SAP of all purchase related documents.
· Maintenance & confidentiality of procurement activities.
· Follow-up vendor payments.
· Generation of Pos, work orders, AMCs and agreements.
· Interacting with vendors
