Role Overview


HoReCa Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities


  1. Client Acquisition

  • Identify and onboard premium HoReCa clients (5-star hotels, fine dining restaurants, cafés, institutional buyers).
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline of at least

    50 active leads

    within 3 months.

2.Revenue Growth

  • Drive revenue targets from trial to recurring orders.
  • Ensure OmniMarketplace achieves

    reasonable GMV in HoReCa sales within Year 1 (Delhi NCR focus).

3.Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with chefs, F&B heads, and procurement managers.
  • Conduct product demos, tastings, and INNOFarms.AI-powered farm tours to showcase value.

4. Go-to-Market Execution

  • Work with the marketing team to create

    pitch decks, product teasers, and campaigns

    for

    HoReCa

  • Capture feedback and work with agronomy/product teams to align supply with demand.

5.Reporting & Strategy

  • Weekly reporting on leads, conversions, and revenue pipeline.
  • Provide insights into pricing, demand patterns, and competitive landscape.


Ideal Candidate Profile


  • Experience:

    2–7 years in premium HoReCa sales, B2B fresh produce, foodservice distribution, or F&B tech platforms.
  • Network:

    Strong existing contacts with chefs, hotels, restaurants, and cafés in Gurugram/Delhi NCR.
  • Skills:

    Hustler mindset, excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building.
  • Startup DNA:

    Comfortable with ambiguity, resourceful, and hungry to grow revenue fast.
  • Bonus:

    Experience in AgriTech, FoodTech, or Premium F&B brands.
